We produce small batch gins from our two 30 litre copper alembic stills. Yielding only around 30 bottles per batch (this really is “small batch”) we are ensuring the spirits are of the highest quality and taste.
Lincoln Gin is distilled using locally inspired botanicals such as Elderflowers and Beetroot and our branding carefully designed to promote Lincoln’s rich heritage.
Lincoln Gin is available to buy** across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire with more and more stockists every week.

This gin is cram-full of complex flavours that linger on the pallet. I’m not alone in believing that this is a gin worth savouring sans tonic. It’s as complex-tasting as a decent whiskey.
