Operation Encounter delivers unique military experiences for young people and adults. Our approach is built on a combination of years of experience in the military and delivering outdoor learning and development for thousands of people.
We work closely with schools and we’re a deliver partner for the Government’s National Citizen Service (NCS) – we develop young people by taking their learning outside the classroom. They spend between one and five days with us undertaking a wide range of physical and mental challenges.
Adult organisations, businesses and sports teams can choose from fun, adventurous activities or more immersive leadership and team development experiences. Based on realistic military scenarios, these will push you physically and mentally whilst increasing your self-awareness and leadership impact.
Everything we do is underpinned by a military ethos and a focus on leadership, teamwork, communication and resilience.
Operation Encounter is based in Marlow, close to major roads and less than an hour from central London.
